Overdracht
The transfer of ownership at the civil-law notary. Your agent helps coordinate it, including when you are abroad.

How it works

From your brief to completion.

Software prepares research and drafts, leaving more time for human judgment and making a fixed fee, paid only on completion, possible. Your qualified Dutch makelaar reviews everything before it goes to the other side.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need.

We agree a brief around your budget and timing. Your agent checks what needs to be ready before you commit.

  2. 02

    Complete with clear responsibilities.

Your makelaar coordinates the remaining steps and keeps you informed through the final inspection. The civil-law notary handles the legal transfer of ownership.

Our fee

One fixed fee.
Due only when the keys change hands.

The amount is agreed in writing before you work with us. Joining the waitlist is free.

No upfront agency fee. If the deal does not complete, you owe Coveora nothing. Taxes, mortgage advice, inspections and notary costs are separate.

Common questions

Can I work with Coveora now?

We are collecting interest. The services described on this site are upcoming, and joining the waitlist is free. It is not a booking or an agency agreement.

Do you work outside the Netherlands?

Not yet. Our focus is the Dutch housing market, starting with the Randstad.

What happens after an offer is accepted?

Your agent puts the next steps and responsibilities in writing, including what must happen before each deadline. You stay informed through signing and the final inspection. The notary handles the legal transfer, and your handover record keeps practical details such as meter readings together.

What do I pay if the deal falls through?

You owe Coveora nothing if the deal does not complete. Our fixed fee is agreed in writing before you work with us and is due only when the keys change hands. Third-party costs are separate and may still be payable.
