A small, clear privacy note.
Coveora is an early-stage project run by Ben Bykovski. This site collects interest in a planned real estate service; it does not create a brokerage agreement.
If you submit a form, we store the contact details and housing preferences you provide, the request type, consent and submission time. Do not include identity documents, financial records or sensitive personal information in the note field.
We use this information to understand demand and respond to your request, on the basis of your consent. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. Request records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage in Frankfurt, accessible to the project owner through authenticated tooling. Vercel also hosts the site; its processing and international transfer terms apply.
We plan to review interest records within twelve months and remove those no longer needed. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by contacting Ben at ben.bykovski@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate site use without analytics cookies. Form contents are not sent to analytics. Hosting security logs may include technical connection information. We do not add advertising or tracking cookies.
